Trying On a New Look

I thought I would change things up a bit on my blog - to help put me in the Christmas spirit, I suppose. Also, I noticed a few blogs with the same background I had and, quite frankly, it was annoying me. Yes - I'm using a free background. Yes - I know that anyone can use that background. I don't want to be like everyone else, but financial constraints have forced me to go with FREE backgrounds.

But, I learned a little more about Adobe Photoshop when I made my header.

See! Something good came of this... I've got a new background AND my Photoshop skills are improving!

Ahhh....a new look

Goodbye blue and white toile background! I'll miss you and you'll always hold a special place in my heart (and on my c:/ drive where I can look back with fond memories), but it was time to move on.

Don't be sad... We can still be friends. It's just that I found a new background that is speaking to me on a whole new level. Different colors, but still a feminine touch.

On the bright side, I'm learning to use Photoshop and to improve my blog even more. And I couldn't have done that without you good ol' blue and white.

So, TTFN. I'll miss you!
