Although I've been homeschooling my oldest since August of last year, we're just now starting History. We're using Story of the World, Volume 1 - the Ancients. There are some GREAT activities I hope we'll get to do. So far, we've had an archaeological dig and made the Red Crown of Lower Egypt and the White Crown of Upper Egypt. Even my son gets in on the action! As you can see from the picture of my "kings," they have a much more peaceful approach to uniting Ancient Egypt.
By the way, as I was uploading the photos, Casey pointed out that the date on the pictures is wrong. Oops!
